Shipping & Order Pick-up

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within two days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICK-UP -  606 W. Verona Ave. Verona, WI 

Store Pick-Up is available for customers who are local to the greater Madison, WI, area. Available date and time for pick-up can be selected at time of order checkout. Pick-up days are Wednesday – Friday from 10:00a – 4:00p at our Linen & Clove Store. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for orders to be fulfilled Wednesday – Friday. Saturday through Tuesday orders will be processed on Tuesday for Wednesday pickup.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be picked up.

One of our associates will assist you with your pickup order. All orders must be picked up within 5 days from selected pickup date, otherwise the order will automatically be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to you. Items purchased online and picked up at the store are subject to the same return policy as Linen & Clove products purchased in-store.

Note:  If you selected Store Pick-up and completed your order but decide you would like your order shipped, please contact our customer service team at info@linenandclove.com. We will update your order with the addition of the shipping cost and then ship out your package.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You are able to choose among multiple shipping carriers and shipping options.
