Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer online returns and free in-store returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our returns and refund policy:
- Clearance and discounted items.
- Seasonal and holiday merchandise.
- Bath/body/beauty items, including but not limited to soaps, lotions, hats and jewelry.
- Books.
- Drop Ship items.
- Special/Custom Order items. (Please note that special order furniture can be cancelled or returned less the 20% non-refundable deposit that the purchaser paid upon placement of order.)
- Gift cards.
In addition:
- Returned items must still have tags on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
ONLINE RETURNS
To initiate an online return, please email us at info@linenandclove.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- In the event that your order arrived damaged in any way, please email us at info@linenandclove.com within 30 days of order receipt with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these returns on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
You will then receive a return label via email. Once we receive the order back in prime condition, we will initiative a refund less the shipping fees.
